"Biebermania" spreads to Belgium

ANTWERP (Reuters) - Fame has its "ups and downs," even for Canadian teenaged singing sensation Justin Bieber who is enjoying a lot of "ups" these days on his European tour that has now spread "Biebermania" to Belgium.

While the 17-year-old heartthrob appears to have the female pre-teen world at his feet, he faces challenges growing up in the media spotlight and with a grueling tour that causes him to lose track of where in the world his next plane is headed.

"There's ups and downs," he told reporters in Antwerp, Belgium, where he performs on Wednesday, referring to his life as one of the world's biggest pop stars.

"I'm not able to go out myself somewhere, but I'm able to travel, do so many cool things ... I'm blessed."

Bieber said he would not be seeing any of Belgium following his show in Antwerp, which sold out within 30 minutes of tickets being available.

"I leave tonight, actually, so I'm not gonna be here," he said. "I'll be somewhere else. I don't know where I'm going, but I won't be here."

Bieber, dressed head-to-toe in black, said he was gradually gaining his footing in the world of adulthood.

"I'm 17, so my mom is still my mom. She's still there, she still makes decisions, but she's letting go a little in letting me grow up and start to make my own decisions."

As for concerns over how growing up might affect his trademark velvety, high-pitched voice, he shrugged them off.

"All guys, their voices change. My voice is deeper than it was before, but it's gradually changing. It's not like one day my voice is up here and the next day it's down here."

"JUSTIN!, JUSTIN!"

Throngs of girls milled outside shrieking "Justin! Justin!," some weeping, continuing the wave of "Biebermania" that has accompanied the star on his European tour.

As a security guard shooed fans from the back entrance to the building where the press conference was held, girls thrust at reporters -- or anyone else heading inside -- handfuls of love notes addressed to Bieber.

"It's not a problem if I don't touch him or don't kiss him," sobbed Sarah Benouda, 15, through streaming tears. "But just to see him, oh my God!"

Benouda said she skipped class on Wednesday and lied to her mother to take a three-hour train ride from her home in Ottignies to glimpse her idol.

She was hardly alone in vying for the singer's attention. Other girls held signs reading, "I only date boys named Justin Bieber," and scrawled his name across their chests and limbs.

While Bieber hopes to win a Grammy one day, and continue advancing his career, he revealed that if he were to pursue a world record, he'd want to win for holding his breath.

"I can hold my breath for a long time, for like three minutes," he said.

To prove his point, he held his breath for several seconds.

Outside, hundreds of girls held theirs, too.

Oprah Wants to Give Donald Trump a Makeover

Oprah Winfrey thinks Donald Trump needs a new hairstyle — along with everyone in the entire world except Donald Trump.

Winfrey has reportedly reached out to the Celebrity Apprentice boss, asking him to be a guest on one of her final shows so she can give him a makeover, according to the New York Post.

An email invitation to Trump stressed that the makeover would be handled with "integrity" and the producers would "not let it become a joke or silly." It also noted that Trump would be able to discuss his NBC reality series, as well as his possible run for president.

The Oprah Winfrey Show will end its 25-year run on May 25.

Stylist: Why Hilary Duff Went Back to Blonde

Hilary Duff just can't commit!

Six months ago, The Beauty & the Briefcase star, 23, dyed her hair chestnut brown and added eyebrow-skimming bangs earlier this month. "Wow! Yes! A success! Thank God you guys love it makes me feel so good!" she tweeted to fans March 21.

Now it seems Duff has already tired of her darkened 'do. She stepped out in L.A. on Wednesday showing off blonde-again locks.

Why the change? "She wanted a change for the summertime season," Tracey Cunningham, her colorist for the past four years, tells UsMagazine.com exclusively. "She loved being a brunette as well. She's one of those lucky people who can wear any color with her skin tone, but she felt like a change."

She adds: "I gave her highlights, some of them were bigger chunks, others finer strands. And I use a summery blonde shade to give her a beach look. It looks amazing on her."

Duff, who wed hockey player Mike Comrie in August, has a history of dramatic hair transformations. The typically toe-headed Lizzie McGuire actress has sported raven, red and strawberry blonde looks in the past.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's Alter Ego Comic Character Revealed

Arnold Schwarzenegger is turning his nickname into his next career move as the cartoon superhero called the Governator.

"When I ran for governor back in 2003 and I started hearing people talking about 'the Governator,' I thought the word was so cool," Schwarzenegger tells Entertainment Weekly.

Being developed by Spiderman co-creator Stan Lee, the Governator will be a semi-fictional character based on the body-builder turned actor turned politician.

"We're using all the personal elements of Arnold's life. We're using his wife. We're using his kids. We're using the fact that he used to be governor. Only after he leaves the governor's office, Arnold decides to become a crime fighter and builds a secret high-tech crime-fighting center under his house in Brentwood," Lee says.

He's back: Arnold Schwarzenegger returning to acting

Like every proper superhero, the Governator will have a fleet of vehicles, a closet of suits that allow him to fly and perform stunts, and sidekicks who include Zeke Muckerberg, a 13-year-old computer whiz who acts as the Governator's cybersecurity expert. The comic's villainous opposition is an organization called Gangsters Imposters Racketeers Liars & Irredeemable Ex-cons (G.I.R.L.I.E. Men, for short).

The Governator will be out next year.
